Breakfast

For the first meal of the day take a cup of red or green tea accompanied by a piece of medium-sized fruit (around 150 grams), avoiding those that have many sugars such as banana or mango. Accompany a piece of fruit of about 150 grams or 200 grams of vegetables (such as carrots or celery) with a cup of green or red tea.

Food

Dinner
